Damage and return experience
So, I brought the Dillion Chair, and there was a small damage, let the customer service Georgia know about it, she took care it immediately. Also, two rugs that I brought don't fit my home's measurement, Georgia also took care of it right away too!
Soho Home need more customer service like Georgia, it's truly an amazing experience.

Great customer support
Soho has excellent customer service and will go to great lengths to ensure customer satisfaction. Even though I had multiple issues with my couch delivery, the customer support did everything in their power to fix all the issues as fast as they could and ended up compensating me for all the trouble I went through.
Every company can have delivery issues from time to time, but far from every company spend this much effort trying to make up for it. Thanks Soho!
Currently having the worst experience…
Currently having the worst experience with SohoHome. Disappointing to say the least. I ordered a marble floor lamp, it turned up literally looking like it fell off the back of a lorry. Damaged and incomplete. Managed to get a return DHL (took a day off work to wait for the pick up) and reorder same product. Same thing happened again. This time the lamp was even more damaged, again with only one bulb. Emailed them via address on website and contact form to ask them to rearrange a DHL driver to pick up second broken lamp and the response is for me to 'dispose of it'. Explained it's a huge heavy marble floor lamp that I am unable to dispose of without hiring a van or asking the local council to deliver and I have been ghosted. Meanwhile, I am stuck looking at a huge six foot box of broken lamp. I have chased three times. Nothing. Nada. Please SohoHome pick up the lamp! Can't believe I've got to resort to this to get your attention.

Initial good experience turned into customer service ignoring me
I had to change my review unfortunately…
I may need to raise an official complaint as they are not responding to my multiple emails. In short, I was satisfied with the product quality and customer service until one of their furniture items had a major issue (brass detail is loose on the arches bedside table - an indication of poor quality, the brass detail was literally only glued on the table).
Nobody is responding to the issue I have raised. I was delivered a faulty item and the customer service keeps ignoring me.
Exceptional service
We recently bought an Allis chandelier for our new home.
One of the globes was cracked and spoiled the aesthetic.
In this day and age, too many front line teams aren’t given the power to solve the issue. They have to speak to a supervisor or will (never) call you back.
Georgia, who took my call, was friendly, helpful and sorted it immediately.
She took care of business. Ordered a new globe immediately. No fuss.
Emailed me to confirm within 24 hours. No problem.
Sent me the tracking details. No worries.
It’s exactly the kind of service I receive at the houses and it’s been replicated brilliantly here.

SohoHome Interior Design service & furniture
We recently used the SohoHome Interior Design service to help us plan how to furnish and accessorise our newly renovated home. Candy could not have been more helpful, and we are so impressed with the results. Her recommendations (and purchases from SohoHome) have made a massive difference, especially where we needed help or encouragement to be bolder with colour, texture and pattern. Highly recommended, and if you buy above a certain amount the (very reasonable) design fee is refunded. Beautifully designed pieces, and very good quality.

I recently ordered a gift on the Soho…
I recently ordered a gift on the Soho Home website to donate to a charity raffle a friend of mine was holding. Wasn't sure what to choose, thank you to Bav in the team who recommended the House Robe and Welcome Home Hamper - both went down a treat, lots of tickets sold! Delivery was fast, arrived in perfect condition.
